Our Story
Refresh Bar opened its doors on West MacArthur Boulevard as a place where Oakland can come for bread that's still warm, pastries made that morning, and a well-stocked shelf for the things you need on the way home.
We believe a grocery and bakery should feel like part of the block — unpretentious, useful, and honest about what goes into what we sell. That means simple recipes, quality staples, and nothing hidden behind a counter.
